Meath Fitness Introduction week; this week in Kilmessan (Mon & Wed 8:00pm) & Seafield, Laytown (Mon & Wed 7:30pm)

During the sessions this week our instructors will very much focus on:
– Explaining the type of exercises we do & why
– Demonstrating the correct way of doing exercises
– Giving modifications of exercises if required
– Buddying up with other MF members
