– Demonstrating the correct way of doing exercises
– Giving modifications of exercises if required

Pilates runs every Tuesday evening in the RST Centre, Skryne at 7:00pm (beginners) & 8:00pm (advanced)
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) starts on Bettystown Beach & the Hill of Tara on Monday, April 23rd. Training will take place every Monday & Wednesday evening at 7:30 on the beach & 8:00 on the hill. Join for a 6 week session for €99.
